Our Trust currently offers Clinical fellow posts as we recognise that posts combining time spent working clinically with protected time for professional development at an early stage in a Doctor's career are attractive. We have had Fellows undertake roles in leadership, research and teaching in their protected time, as well as others who develop a specialty interest to build a competitive CV.
