Main duties of the job As an OT in CCRT you will work as part of a large MDT and be able to work as an autonomous proactive professional holding your own caseload of complex acutely unwell patients in the community aiming to avoid unnecessary hospital admission. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in education and management of junior staff and students, and have the opportunity to develop clinical and managerial skills whilst working with a complex and varied caseload.
