As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's HR agenda forward. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of HR functions, including but not limited to pay rise implementation, policy reviews, streamlining employment contracts, and aligning benefits across our multi-faceted business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the implementation of pay rise initiatives across all business entities to ensure competitive compensation packages.
* Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR policies and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements where necessary.
* Consolidate and standardize employment contracts across the four companies into a single cohesive document, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
* Collaborate with department heads to align employee benefits and perks, enhancing overall employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the technology sector (though not essential).
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
Location:
* This position is based in Hemel Hempstead, offering a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely for 2/3 days per week.
