Many Wondery series are being adapted for scripted television, including Dr Death, The Shrink Next Door, and WeCrashed.
We are looking for a highly customer-focused and relationship-oriented Partner and Talent Manager to join our team based in the UK. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to identify and engage top-tier podcast creators to Wondery's network, onboard partners to our ecosystem (W+, sales network), and foster the relationship between our partners and key Wondery teams such as Content, Production, and Sales. You will serve as the central point of contact for our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and overall well-being within the Wondery network. Additionally, you will ensure a successful lifecycle, helping to track performance against revenue targets, and helping to identify new business opportunities in collaboration with Wondery's content, franchising, audiovisual, and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate has experience in partner management, overseeing a portfolio of creative partners who prioritize excellence. You have a strong taste for networking and a demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships over time. You have strong business acumen, showing attention to detail and the ability to identify and drive initiatives forward to achieve strategic goals.

3. Coordinate with marketing teams on innovative growth plans and tactics to deliver outsized audience and consumption against third-party shows.
4. Act as the main point of contact between key partner shows and cross-functional Wondery teams (Integrated Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Digital Operations) by building strong relationships that help both Wondery and our partners achieve their goals.
5. Onboard new partners, manage in-bound questions, schedule, maintain, and program recurring check-ins, delivering updates on key metrics and performance. Proactively identify operational challenges and triage difficult situations as needed to the proper internal stakeholders.
6. Track third-party show performance against Wondery's goals and related success metrics, including growth in revenue, MG recoupment, monthly downloads, and unique listeners. Proactively identify new IP business opportunities related to content, franchising, and audiovisual.
7. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
