Accurately input data into our repairs and compliance platform, Pronett. Raise and prioritise purchase orders for repairs and remedial work. Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries from restaurants, managers, and contractors. Coordinate and follow up on reactive maintenance and quoted works to completion. Chase up quotes for repairs and ensure all remedial work is logged and actioned. What We’re Looking For: Experience with data management systems/Excel (training provided on Access Maintain, our property management software). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in IT software and packages. Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when required. Ability to be on call one weekend in every five. Full UK driving license required. An individual role is just that. Individual.
