Job Title: Private Client Fee Earner Location: Bracknell Department: Private Client Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, trusts, tax planning, succession planning, wills, and probate. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary legal advisor. Draft and oversee legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and data protection laws. Develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide integrated client services. Monitor financial performance, billing, and profitability within the department. Represent clients in disputes or negotiations related to estates, trusts, and family wealth. Skills & Qualifications: Qualified solicitor (SRA registered) with 4 years PQE in private client law. Strong technical expertise in estate administration, tax planning, wills, and trusts. Proven track record in client relationship management and business development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
