We have a new & exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Professional to join the Manufacturing Sales Team working in Zebra UK&I. The role is to develop relationships and sell Zebra's broad portfolio of technology solutions as a Senior Account Manager into the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sectors.
Zebra Technologies designs and manufactures a wide range of end user technology, asset tracking, visibility, and management solutions. Our end user engagement sales team works with customers across a diverse set of verticals from Retail, Hospitality, Field Service, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.
We are looking for another Sales talent to join us and contribute to our business growth and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for those working in Sales to join a global market-leading technology organization.
You'll be supported in your role by working closely with your wider Impact Team that will include sales engineers, customer success executives, channel partner managers, independent software vendors, vertical and product/solutions marketing teams and Zebra leadership to position our technologies into high profile accounts.
Responsibilities:
Externally and collaboratively, we are looking for an individual who will:
1. Build close relationships with our existing and new customer base to drive brand preference for Zebra's portfolio of products and services.
2. Develop and represent back into Zebra a comprehensive understanding of our customers and specifically their priorities, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
3. Seek out opportunities to evangelize and upsell our market-leading portfolio into high profile clients.
4. Identify, develop, and accurately forecast sales opportunities through sales stages to closure and revenue recognition.
Internally & Collaboratively
1. Develop market understanding, contribute to, and innovate with cross functional sales teams and the engineering teams.
2. Develop, understand, and maintain knowledge of our portfolio of technology, hardware, software, services, and solutions.
3. Develop and execute on strategic and tactical plans focused on your named account list or vertical to support business growth.
4. Work alongside our channel partners and Independent software vendors to support the end users with effective sales enablement and ensure desired customer outcomes are achieved.
5. Work with a collaborative team and work cross functionally to deliver the best solutions to your customers.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced sales professional. You will bring a background of working in sales, ideally technology, from hardware, software, connectivity, services, or solutions providers or offer industry specific insight.
Our Account Managers should demonstrate a track record of:
1. Delivering outstanding customer experience.
2. Adopting a strategic account development approach.
3. Opportunity development and execution.
4. Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
5. A growth mindset and transparency about your own strengths and development areas.
