Requirements: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a role emphasizing care and support. We would consider candidates who have work experience in roles with transferrable skills such as care. A minimum of a grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a heartfelt commitment to nurturing young minds. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
