GKR International is currently working with one of the leading names in the property sector and who are widely considered the biggest name in the London property market, let alone internationally.
They are searching for a seasoned Head of Sales to run one of their most established offices, where you will be responsible for managing & growing their market share in an area of strategic importance for them.
This position requires previous management experience, an exceptional track record in South West/Central London, and outstanding knowledge of the property market as a whole.
Package on offer:
* Fantastic Basic Salary
* Car / Car allowance
* Bonus in place as well as office share, a realistic OTE year 1 of between 90-120K
In order to apply for this role, you must have a proven track record in Central or South West London residential sales, a strong understanding of what a top agency requires from its management team, and the desire to work relentlessly to bring results whilst delivering value to all stakeholders throughout.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Running team meetings
* Management and 1:1's with team
* Ownership of your P+L
* Growing market share – strong ability in winning instructions
* Hitting quarterly and annual targets
* Presenting to regional directors quarterly
* Hiring of new staff
