Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Connecting Care Team West
Location: Wakefield
Rate: £35 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Senior Social Worker within the Connecting Care Team West. This team works across the West of the Wakefield District with people aged 18 and over who have an appearance of need. The Connecting Care Team West is an extremely supportive and friendly team with a wealth of experience.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will handle complex cases, apply relevant legislation, manage risks, support and supervise colleagues or students, and promote multi-agency working to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and carers.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
