Overview:
A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of services including powered access, telescopic handler rental, machinery sales, contract hire options, and specialized training programs.
What do I need?
1. Prior experience working on the Hire Desks
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Responsibilities:
1. Building relationships with internal and external clients
2. Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
3. Day-to-day management of the Hire Desk
4. Processing admin enquiries
5. Negotiating hire rates
