School Club Activity Leader - Southover Location - BN7 1JP THURSDAY ONLY 3.75 hours - After school Club 2:45pm- 6:00pm £6.40- £11.44 p/h (dependent on age, qualification and experience) We are recruiting for Sussex's leading organisation in the childcare sector. This includes staffing, relationships with parents & children, and partnerships with schools. - A Passion for Working with Children - we're looking for someone to provide inclusive, fun, and engaging provision for the children in your care, while inspiring them to explore their interests - Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills - you will be assisting with the planning and delivery of activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range of activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play - Responsibility and Reliability - the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care will be your responsibility and all team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including completing Accident and Incident Forms and Health & Safety checks as needed, and the children and families also benefit from consistently reliable staff - Communication and Engagement - all Play Workers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis.
