We are recruiting a Director of Customer Excellence. The Director leads a high-performing organisation and develops a culture for customer and colleague satisfaction. This role is responsible for the Customer excellence strategy, ensuring effective design, delivery and implementation.
The Director will lead efforts to develop and maintain a customer-centric culture, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure the organisation is aligned with customer needs. Key responsibilities include:
