Role Overview
As a Lab Support Coordinator, you will be accountable for overseeing the smooth and efficient performance of laboratory support services. You will work closely with both our internal team and our clients, ensuring that laboratory activities are well-coordinated and that all requirements are met in a timely manner. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our clients rely on.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the laboratory team, coordinating lab activities and schedules to ensure a smooth workflow. 5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise to minimize disruption to lab operations.
Candidates should have previous experience in a laboratory or support coordination role (preferred), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required, and an understanding of health and safety procedures in a lab setting is desirable. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment is also important.
Joining the team offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive and well-established group, with the chance to make a real impact in delivering integrated services to clients. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered, along with professional growth and development opportunities. If you're a proactive and reliable individual with a passion for supporting lab operations, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now to take the next step in your career!
