Whether you’re looking for your first Director-level position or already operating at that level and seeking a fresh, purpose-driven environment!

The Role
As Studio Lead, you'll take ownership of a strong local team and be a key figure within the wider practice. Your role will combine business development, project leadership, and studio management – with the autonomy to drive regional growth and the support of national sector leaders behind you.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the Birmingham studio team with a focus on mentoring and growth
* Building relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business development
* Overseeing the successful delivery of projects across sectors, ensuring design and technical excellence
* Participating in design and technical reviews to drive innovation and quality
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a self-motivated and confident leader, ideally with a strong professional network in the Midlands and a good understanding of the regional market. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to guide both clients and internal teams.
It would suit:
* A very experienced Architect looking for a step up into a Director-level role
* Or an established Studio Lead/Director seeking a new platform with more purpose, autonomy, and collaborative support
