You will support the effective delivery of our investment programme working with our Head of Property Services. This is an ideal role administering our social housing investment programmes. We are also looking for Property Assistant for a vital role supporting the delivery of our investment programmes. You will report to our Head of Property Services and be responsible for the day-to-day administering customer tasks ownership from start to finish. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to shape the co-ordination and delivery of varied projects. In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Property Assistant will involve: Monitoring Customer tasks assigned to the Assets team and allocate to the planning and delivery teams. Working with our complaints team to report on actions and close tasks in line with agreed timescales. Gathering information and updating our systems with completed investment works. Supporting the Asset team chasing Contractors for invoices and performance information. Assisting the team managing email project and programme enquiries, forwarding these to the appropriate person and responding where appropriate. Arranging team and other meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes for key meetings. Circulating agendas and meeting minutes prior to meetings. Organise the holiday schedule and sickness returns. Managing, archiving and recalling files from the system and the external storage provider and keeping records up to date. Supporting the team with the stock condition processes including issuing letters, checking paperwork, scanning documentation and dealing with customer queries. Raising purchase orders and, work with finance team to ensure payments are made within the agreed timescale. Working with team Managers to ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and published across the business. Being responsible for collating team information required for the asset management system, Complaints and performance reporting Working with our business intelligence team to issue customer surveys and collate customer feedback. As a Property Assistant, we need you to have: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in social housing services. Excellent administrative and IT skills, with ability to exercise sound professional judgement and reach conclusions. As strong understanding of regulation and contractual requirements in a housing environment Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to form strong connections with our customers and partners. Excellent oral and written communication skills effective for a wide range of audiences. Experience in administering major works programmes and dealing with the complaints process. Experience of project and contract management including effective stakeholder consultation and monitoring of customer satisfaction. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative frameworks applicable to the building/construction and social housing sectors. Attainment of a recognised administrative or housing qualification equivalent experience and skill level.
