Self-starter who can take the initiative and can proactively develop new business relationships and drive business development activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated, highly organised, and diligent. A full UK driving licence Demonstrable experience of managing people either directly or as part of a project team A track record of working in or leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.
