Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve complex problems to ensure minimal disruption to our services
* Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our IT systems and processes

Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in ITIL Service Operations with a focus on Problem Management
