Please note: A car driver is essential for this position due to the location. Role Duties: Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees. Completing and recording Right to Work (RTW) checks accurately in the HR system. Providing support for internal and external HR enquiries. Maintaining electronic employee records, including sickness and family leave. Administering the company’s employee benefits scheme. Coordinating HR-related training programs and workshops. Supporting new hire induction logistics, including mandatory e-learning modules. Producing and submitting reports on HR activities, trends, and statistics. Supporting HR employee and industrial processes, including disciplinary and grievance investigations and meetings. Staying up to date with the latest HR best practices. Handling general and ad hoc HR administrative duties. Skills and Experience Needed: Proven HR experience. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently studying). Strong knowledge of GDPR and Right to Work (RTW) requirements.
