Youll need strong data analysis experience (specifically HR data) combined with excellent communications and relationship building skills. The following experience is essential:
1. In depth knowledge of HR data
2. Extensive experience of improving data quality & integrity
3. Extensive data analysis experience
4. Knowledge of data governance
5. Experience with HCM applications like PeopleSoft, Success Factors or similar
6. Outstanding stakeholder management and communications skills
7. Ability to champion the importance of data quality cross functionally
8. A background as an HR Data Analyst, HR Data Governance Analyst or HR Business Analyst
9. Experience working in complex, global enterprise environments
10. Any relevant certifications like DAMA, CDMP, BCS or CILIP are highly beneficial
