The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring our team evolves to meet business objectives, and leading sustainability efforts that align with our corporate vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
* Collaborate with the board to develop and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and performance objectives.
* Drive HR strategies that enhance business performance and commercial success.
* Champion the business vision and values, developing a transformative 5-year talent strategy.
* Provide coaching and support to leadership teams, fostering effective working practices and behaviors.
* Oversee robust succession planning and performance management processes.
* Lead sustainability initiatives within the organization and across the supply chain.
People & Performance Leadership
* Develop and implement a 5-year People & Performance strategy focused on talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and performance management.
* Strengthen key HR programs, including:
* Performance management, remuneration, and benefits.
* Employee recognition and engagement.
* Talent acquisition, development, and retention.
* Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Internal communication strategies.
* Employee health, safety, and well-being.
* Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to define and implement impactful organizational development strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
* Actively contribute to the exec forum, sharing insights and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with the business governance standards, including GDPR.
* Identify and implement innovative HR solutions, leveraging advancements in AI and digital transformation.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
* Extensive HR Director & Leadership experience, preferably across multiple sites and at a senior executive level.
* Proven experience working within culturally diverse or international organizations.
* Experience partnering with senior leadership and boards to drive meaningful business transformation.
* Experience in Retail or FMCG desirable
* A demonstrated track record of delivering results, aligning resources, and executing strategic plans effectively.
