We are seeking to employ a Small Works Estimator working within the Small Works Estimating Team out of our Leeds office. The successful person will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately. The position will involve:
Compiling Small Works quotations from engineering leads / clients / CRM requests.
Source required materials from approved suppliers.
Upload / manage quotations on our clients portals.
Liaise & arrange technical surveys.
Process clients purchase orders through to our Sales team.
Manage a close working relationship with the CRM & CRD team.
Manage a close working relationship with our Engineering team.
Managing outstanding / assigned quotations.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
Industry knowledge preferred, however full training will be given.
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Self-Motivated.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The ability to work alone and effectively organise your time.
This is an office-based role, working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a hour lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and a DBS check.
