The Southport Dramatic Club is seeking an organized and dynamic Theatre Administration Manager to support our busy theatre operations. You will be responsible for general administration, coordinating volunteer rotas, handling correspondence, and supporting financial and marketing activities. The role also involves minute-taking, assisting with events, and liaising with external groups.
Key Requirements include:
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Line management experience
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
- Flexible approach to working hours
Desirable: Familiarity with Health & Safety, GDPR, and social media management
Hours: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Monday to Friday) plus up to 12 additional hours per month (evenings and weekends)
