SRM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for a multi-national company based in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
2. Manage client queries and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
3. Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts to facilitate accurate reporting.
4. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare related reports.
5. Perform provisions, accruals and adjustments for bad debt etc. to enable closing the AR-ledger for reporting.
Requirements:
1. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial records and transactions.
2. Proficient in Excel and financial accounting software.
3. Effective communicator with clients and team members.
4. Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
5. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
