HOURS:35 hours, fulltime

The Identity& Authentication Platform delivers capabilities to enable LBGbusiness areas secure client and digital authentication andidentity across all their digital channels. The Platform deliverscore products including Identity & Authentication as a Service,giving end-to-end packaged services of several components forself-serveconsumption.
Asa Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a talented group ofengineers, guiding them through the complexities of softwareengineering and overseeing the delivery of robust, scalablesolutions. You’ll demonstrate your technical expertise to ensurethat our products meet the highest standards of performance,reliability, and security while aligning with our strategicvision.
Thisrole will give you the opportunity to work with modern tech stacks,microservices, and cloud-based architectures, while collaboratingclosely with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvementand operationalexcellence.
Whatwill I bedoing?
* Leada team of engineers in developing, testing, deploying, andmaintaining high-quality software applications andsystems.
* Establishand enforce standards, and methodologies for software engineering,ensuring alignment with business and customerneeds.
* Architectand design scalable, cloud-based solutions using microservices andAPIs.
* Collaborateclosely with product managers, designers, and partners toprioritize and deliver the software engineeringroadmap.
* Manageengineering team performance, offering guidance, coaching, andmentorship to teammembers.
* Drivecontinuous improvement and innovation, staying updated on thelatest tech trends and incorporating standardprocesses.
* Ensurequality is maintained across the engineering lifecycle, includingcontinuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery(CD).

Whatyou’llneed
* Strongexperience in software engineering, ideally with expertise in Javaor similar languages.
* Asolid understanding of microservice architectures, API development,and cloud technologies (public and privatecloud).
* Practical experiencein CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker,Kubernetes).
* Hands-onexperience with performance engineering and cloud optimizationtechniques.
* Familiarity withauthentication and authorizationprotocols.
* Knowledge ofDevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, service mesh,orchestration).
* Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with theability to translate complex technical issues into clear businesssolutions.
