Think FE is proudly working with an established further education college in Berkshire is looking for a talented Programme Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehicles to join the team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the curriculum and guiding learners towards success. The role combines 18 hours of direct teaching with 19 hours dedicated to planning, assessment, and curriculum management each week.
As Programme Manager, you will:
Work alongside the Head of Department to oversee the Engineering and Motor Vehicles curriculum at both Slough and Langley campuses.
Drive quality and innovation in programme delivery by developing and refining course content and aligning it with industry standards.
Engage in regular assessment and curriculum updates to meet awarding body specifications and ensure the programmes’ success.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the college to embed effective teaching strategies and monitor their impact on student outcomes.
Support learners both academically and pastorally, building a positive learning environment and encouraging student progress and achievement. We are looking for an inspirational, passionate leader who can make a real difference. A teaching qualification of at least Level 4 is required, along with a proven ability to manage both curriculum quality and student engagement.
