Digital Marketing and Communications Lead
Birmingham Panthers seek an experienced Digital Marketing and Communications Lead to drive our digital strategy and amplify our brand presence across all platforms.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our ambitious franchise, developing a digital-first strategy, managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and deepening fan connections through innovative online and offline engagement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to grow and commercialise our fan base, elevating Birmingham Panthers' brand across all digital platforms.
* Oversee content creation, from concept to execution, ensuring cohesive storytelling across social media, website, and email campaigns.
* Drive online and offline engagement campaigns to deepen fan connections and enhance our vibrant fan community.
* Lead multi-channel digital campaigns for ticket sales, volunteering, community events, and partner activations.
* Utilise data and analytics to track engagement metrics, optimise strategies, and report on KPIs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in digital marketing and communications, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital campaign strategies.
* Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
* Creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
* Ability to manage and lead a team.
