An opportunity has arisen at Westminster Memorial Hospital to join the Facilities team as a Facilities Assistant.
Please note that this will be a multi skilled job description and training will be provided for cleaning, portering and catering provision if the service demand requires, however the main duty will be cleaning. Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work as part of a team and also on their own.
This position is for 16 hours per week to include every other weekend. We work on a 2 week rota. There is also opportunities for extra hours to cover sickness or annual leave.
Shift timings as follows-
Week 1
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 0800-1200
Week 2
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 0800-1200

Provide an effective, patient-focused facilities service to meet NHS cleanliness standards as a minimum.
Provision of appropriate portering services.
To contribute to the delivery of Catering Services in the hospital and ensure a clean, safe and hygienic environment.
