How you’ll help us make health happen: Build analytics/marketing tagging in Tealium Tag Manager and undertake thorough QA prior to deployment. Create tracking/data layer specifications for web and app, QA once changes are built. Ensure full legal compliance using our Consent Management Platform. Monitor data quality, investigating discrepancies and issues. Develop integrations with downstream systems using API and micro batches. Work with data engineers to ensure digital data is fed into the wider ecosystem, including our Customer Data Platform and personalisation partner. Development of new or existing applications and solutions in line with application designs, development standards, methodologies and strategic architecture frameworks. Working alongside technical SMEs within projects of varying scope and size. Can spot problems prior to development or serve up solutions to combat issues as they arise throughout the lifespan of a project. Drive improvements to implementation practices and technical documentation. Take ownership of maintaining and expanding implementation standards within your technical domain. Take ownership of improvements for internal documentation of products and technical solutions. Become the point of contact for technical and domain specific support for other teams within your technical domain. Establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with other teams within Bupa, being an ambassador for Bupa IT within the business community, supporting a customer service culture. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Extensive experience in the process flows associated with tracking design and build. Extensive experience in Tealium IQ and the configuration of one or more digital analytics tools across websites and apps (ideally Amplitude but not essential). Extensive experience in the wider marketing stack (Google, Facebook, etc) and implementation of associated pixels. Strong understanding of privacy requirements where they relate to digital data, with experience in using OneTrust or similar Consent Management Platform. Ideally have knowledge of Front End coding languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS). Experienced on API integrations. Strong stakeholder manager, able to prioritise and communicate accordingly in a fast-paced, product-led organisation. Excellent Test Script and Documentation skills Experience working in more than one of the following service delivery functions; development, support, software design or environment configuration Ability to translate business goals into technology solutions Experience of working in a matrix managed environment, with mixed teams including contractors and outsourced vendors Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
