A Design Implementation Deputy Manager, who will assist the manager with overseeing projects and objectives, manage daily team operations, and ensure quality and productivity.

You will be pivotal in optimising resource utilisation, fostering team collaboration, and maintaining high productivity. Your ability to lead and motivate will be key in navigating challenges and leading the team to success.
You will work in an open and inclusive atmosphere with a close knit team of talented Design Implementation Analysts, Designers, Front End Developers and Design Coordinators who all want to produce and deliver the best design solutions.
You will thrive in a fast moving environment and be adept at decisively managing multiple priorities.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Main Responsibilities
* Assisting the Design Implementation Manger in overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and commitments.
* Monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing updates to Senior Management and stakeholders.
* Coordinating and managing team activities to maintain high productivity and meet project milestones.
* Acting as a first line of support for the Design Implementation Team Leaders.
* Ensuring compliance with Company policies and standards.
* Stepping in for the manager as needed to maintain project continuity and leadership.
* Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.
* Collaborating with other departments and project teams to align objectives.
* Ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
* Monitoring and evaluating the wellbeing of individuals, initiating interventions or supporting adjustments as needed.
