Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Biggleswade
Hours: 6pm to 10pm
What is your role?
As a Warehouse Operative, you will help contribute to the day-to-day running of our Outbound shift, ensuring all customer orders are met while maximizing efficiency and quality.
You will be responsible for making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and that all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.
Our ideal Warehouse Operative is a strong communicator who works well both individually and within a wider team environment. Warehouse operatives are punctual, reliable, and keen to develop within their role. A basic understanding of English is required to comply with health and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, and packing orders.
* Operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet targets and deadlines.
* Follow company procedures, ensuring that best practices are observed and safe systems of work are being followed at all times.
