Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Permanent Technical Sales Order Processor for our client based in the Bury area, working out of their manufacturing and Distribution Site The work will involve: Processing orders for component and complete kitchens Prepare and provide quotes to clients in a timely manner Liaise with customers to confirm product specifications and delivery timelines Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date Provide excellent customer service, addressing phone and email queries and resolving issues Work with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow Credit Control Assist in administrative tasks and support office operations as needed The working times and pay: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 40 hours per week £25,000 - £28,000 per annum dependant on experience Additional Leave after 5 years service and additional days for Christmas leave Permanent Role Skills Experience Needed: Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment A friendly, positive and solution-focused attitude Experience with kitchen design, ability to create and interpret detailed kitchen designs and plans, and in turn, create component lists from plans A strong understanding of the kitchen industry and components, including knowledge of when to use specific hinge types, drawer boxes, and accessories Experience in CAD design and 3D design softwares Familiarity with software such as Imos, Easyquote, Trueblue is advantageous Knowledge and understanding of woodworking and kitchen fitting processes Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Excel If you are interested in this roleplease apply with an updated CV.
