TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive PersonalAssistant to join our growing firm of chartered accountants in Canterbury. Inthis role, you will report directly to the directors, providing vital supportto them and their accounting teams.
As a key contributor to the firm’s daily operations, you will ensureseamless client management and efficient administrative support. Yourcoordination efforts will help maintain clear communication between partners,teams, and clients, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Delivercomprehensive administrative assistance to the Partners. Responsibilitiesinclude scheduling and coordinating both virtual and in-person meetings,ensuring Partners are fully prepared with agendas, saved minutes, and follow-upon action items. Manage Partner travel logistics, including transport, accommodation,and dining reservations. Assist in completing Partner timesheets, mileagerecords, and expense reports. Raise invoices or credit notes as needed.
· Client Management: Act as theprimary contact for clients, managing incoming calls and emails, redirectingthem as necessary to team managers. Ensure all communications are handledpromptly and professionally, setting, and managing client expectations. Overseethe onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all procedures are followed,and internal records and software are updated accordingly.
· Team Coordination: Facilitatecommunication and workflow between Partners and their teams to ensure deadlinesare met and projects stay on track. Maintain an organised, efficient, andprofessional work environment.
