The Willesborough Schools are looking to appoint a special person to help one of our year 2 children reach their full potential.

The main responsibility in this post will be working with the class teacher and SENCO to be a part of a team to support a pupil. You will be the caring adult that is available to them to help them develop their knowledge and skills.
This is a fixed-term contract until August 31st 2025, in the first instance, although we are always keen to invest in and support the right candidate as they wish to progress.
As an LSA you will ideally:
1. Have experience working with young children in a nursery, care or educational settings.
2. Be able to demonstrate competencies in spoken English, written English and maths.
3. Enjoy interacting and communicating with children and adults.
4. Be a great team player.
5. Be committed to training and professional development opportunities.
