In this critical, interim role within the Risk Transformation team, you’ll be assisting with the end-to-end review of Santander’s Credit Risk Models to help us become the “best in class” industry standard. You’ll be supporting the process workstream focussing on reviewing and improving processes and will act as a key interface between the business owners, stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams. You’ll use your data capture, modelling and business analysis skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget. The difference you’ll make: Developing and documenting business process models to illustrate current and future states Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements Working with business owners, I.T., and other functions to implement solutions to ensure they align with business goals Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimisation efforts Developing and validating new processes and tools to meet business requirements What you’ll bring: These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role: Previous experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services Advanced working knowledge of Jira and Confluence Understanding of Credit Risk Models Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written It would also be nice for you to have: Previous experience of business process modelling and optimisation Demonstrable experience of managing project resources Excellent stakeholder management skills Meticulous attention to detail What else you need to know: This 12-month fixed term contract is based in Milton Keynes.
