This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, staying ahead of trends, is excited about bringing fresh ideas to the table, and can manage everything from initial strategy to execution for multiple clients. While the majority of your work will focus on client accounts, you’ll also have the opportunity to support the growth of our agency’s own social media presence. What You’ll Do: Take full ownership of the social media strategy and execution for a variety of client accounts in industries such as hospitality, leisure, tourism, and property Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for both clients and the agency - you’ll be able to create video & photography to drive the different platforms forwards Be the trendsetter—constantly monitor social media trends and innovations, leading our efforts to adopt new strategies that benefit our clients Build and nurture online communities for our clients, engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages Collaborate with internal teams and manage external partners when required to execute campaigns seamlessly Analyse social media performance, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement for client campaigns We’re Looking For: A self-starter with proven experience in managing social media accounts for multiple clients—you know how to run a project from end to end Someone with a passion for trends and digital storytelling who can bring fresh ideas to the table and deliver them across diverse industries A vibrant personality, excited to drive client social media presence forward and open new opportunities for their brands Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with the team and external partners Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling social content What’s the Scoop?
