RTL group are on the hunt for a Site Manager to work on a internal works fit out project in Central London for 4 months.
My client is a roofing principal contractor who have decades of expereince in Bar, Restaurant, Hotel and even Hospital fit outs.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
* Site supervision
* Health & safety management
* Supervising labour and staff
* Producing method statements and risk assessments
* Site cost/value control
* Programming
* Commercial reporting
* Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Site Manager Requirements:
* Must have 5 years minimum experience working on Internal fit out works projects.
* Black/Gold CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* DBS ideally.
