FinTech Recruitment Solutions is delighted to exclusively work with our longstanding client looking to recruit a Cost & Accounts Receivable Assistant into their busy finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting for all transactions, with timely submission of invoices to clients and subsequent control of invoices and collections.
Key duties:
* Monthly customer invoicing
* AR Management and regular contact with clients
* Present monthly review with management
* Accounts for expenditure, costs and commissions
* Balance Sheets Reconcolicaitons
* Assist with annual budgets
* Prepare for monthly client collections forecast
* Assist with credit control
To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a recognised accounting degree and have a can-do attitude. Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
