What You’ll Do:
As a Support Practitioner, you’ll be on the frontline, offering day-to-day support that empowers our young people. You’ll work alongside individuals, guiding them toward achieving their personal goals and living as independently as possible. Whether it’s emotional support or helping with practical tasks, you’ll be there to offer your unwavering support.
You will be based initially at Carraig View and then rostered across different sites, ensuring you bring your skills and compassion to all corners of our community.
What We’re Looking For:
* Warmth, friendliness, and a genuine desire to help others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
* A flexible approach to work adaptability is key!
* A full manual driving license is necessary.
* Experience in a caring role is a bonus, but we provide fantastic training to get you up to speed.
