Futures are excited to be working on this Operations Executive opportunity, on behalf of a super-fast growing FMCG business who are well-known in the market for their award-winning and healthy portfolio of food products targeting individuals who follow/have an interest in the Keto and Paleo diet.
With strong listings across UK Retail and an impressive presence across D2C, the business has gone from strength to strength achieving 84% YoY growth, raised £1.2m in investment in 2022, and is Certified B-Corp. They have put a large focus on NPD with loads of exciting NPD projects and 6 new SKU’s being added this year alone! They are in the process of launching in the US and Canada; they are also planning launches into multiple EU markets.
Due to the amazing growth they have experienced, the business is expanding and hiring for an Operations Executive. This is a newly created role within a fast-paced, dynamic Operations team. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and Supply Chain Manager to ensure the efficient running of the department. As an Operations Executive, your role will be super varied from order processing and stock management to exports and supporting international growth plans!
Your Key Duties:
1. Managing Amazon from a supply chain perspective including processing FBA stock transfers, monitoring Amazon stock holding, and raising Amazon Freight pallet shipments.
2. Processing all B2B orders that come through the portal.
3. Inputting orders sent via email by trade & wholesale customers into Unleashed.
4. Assisting customers with any queries on damages or shortages.
5. Maintaining accurate stock holding in Unleashed across all warehouses and suppliers.
6. Managing stock to EU warehouse.
Your Experience & Skills Required:
1. A minimum of 18 months experience as an Operations Executive / Assistant.
2. Experience within FMCG & passion for working in fast-paced environments.
3. Experience of working with Unleashed or a similar customer ordering system.
4. Experience raising shipments into Amazon.
5. Experience with a subscription platform & Klaviyo would be desirable.
6. A foodie!
