What the Job Involves The role involves delivering in-person training and designing courses to meet the specific needs of the Benefits and Housing Needs, Customer Services, and Revenues teams. You will work collaboratively within a team, responsible for creating a variety of training programs that encompass system, legislative, policy, process, and interpersonal skills. Managing and agreeing on priorities, you will ensure training is delivered effectively under tight deadlines. You will identify training needs through analysis and consultation with stakeholders, and review learning outcomes of individuals or groups. This position requires a flexible approach to meet service demands, with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to policy and legislative changes.
