Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Vacancy Location: Chesterfield, S41
Shifts: Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: Up to £25,000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview
Working autonomously and closely with the wider department and business, you will oversee the completion of a range of key activities in a timely and professional way, supporting colleagues and resolving issues along the way.
Property Support Hub
1. Receive and make calls to our services and contractors to ensure all maintenance activity is completed promptly and to a high standard.
2. Diary plan for our internal maintenance team.
3. Ensure the statutory compliance database is maintained up to date and matters arising are addressed proactively.
4. Allocate responsibilities on receipt of Fire Risk Assessments.
5. Hold regular calls with services to encourage a planned approach to the completion of tasks.
6. General administrative responsibilities, including the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team.
7. Provide both planned and ad-hoc reporting, including exception reports.
