The Role - Catering Manager
The Catering Manager is responsible for:
1. Making sandwiches and wraps, baking cakes, and preparing buffets when needed.
2. Labelling products.
3. Filling food vending machines at 2 sites (must have own transport).
4. Ordering/purchasing all stock (including Cash & Carry visit).
5. Managing kitchen to Food Safety/Health & Hygiene standards.
6. Stock rotation/levels.
7. Keeping kitchen clean and sanitary at all times.
8. Working with customers.
About You
As their Catering Manager you will need:
1. Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar with experience of managing a busy kitchen including food prep/cooking, managing stock/ordering, and maintaining a hygiene rating of 5.
2. Eye for detail.
3. Reliability and good timekeeping.
4. Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
5. Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the shift.
Benefits

1. £12.80 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours
Monday to Friday 6am to 12pm.
