We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to support high-growth hiring needs across the EMEA region. This role plays a key part in scaling recruitment efforts for a leading global tech business, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across EMEA, from intake to offer
* Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and provide consultative guidance throughout the process
* Execute creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent
* Build strong talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs
* Ensure a high-quality candidate journey through consistent communication and thoughtful engagement
* Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Handle multiple requisitions with efficiency and attention to detail
* Prioritize and fill business-critical roles
