We’re supporting their search for a National Account Manager to manage key accounts within the "With Coffee End Users" and Foodservice channels.
📍 Location: Remote-based with regular travel to Head Office in Kent
💰 Salary: £45,000 + benefits & car allowance

What you’ll be doing…
As National Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening key relationships, driving growth, and shaping the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing joint business plans with key accounts.
* Identifying and securing new customers, particularly within "With Coffee End Users", Roasters, & RTM channels.
* Managing a portfolio that includes National & Regional Coffee Shop Groups, Cafés, and Foodservice partners.
* Working closely with internal teams to support trade events, team meetings, and customer planning sessions.
* Leading internal reporting, sales analysis, and presentations for both internal teams and external customers.
* Handling key account admin, including invoices, trading agreements, and performance tracking.
* Bringing valuable market insights to the table to support business strategy and negotiations.

Who we’re looking for…
We’re looking for a driven, proactive Account Manager who thrives on building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
* Be confident in analyzing sales data and presenting strategic insights.
* Possess structured selling skills with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
* Have FMCG experience, particularly in Foodservice, Retail, or Convenience.
* Be an excellent communicator, capable of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
