Registered Manager – Established Residential Home
Location: 4-bed home (11–18 years, EBD, SEN, complex needs)
Salary: £52,047 - £57,125 per annum
Lead a well-established home with a strong team, providing exceptional care to young people.
* Responsibilities: Manage staff, ensure compliance, and deliver therapeutic care.
* Requirements: Proven experience as a Registered Manager; leadership and organisational skills essential.
Registered Manager – Interim Role
Location: Residential home
Salary: £52,047 - £57,125 per annum
Support a high-performing team as an Interim Registered Manager. This temporary role offers the opportunity to oversee a home and maintain exceptional care standards.
* Requirements: Experience managing residential homes and handling complex needs.
* Skills: Strong leadership and adaptability.
Deputy Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: 4-bed home (EBD, trauma, challenging behaviour)
Salary: £40,296 - £43,735 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Join an established team supporting two young people (11 & 14 years old). You’ll manage day-to-day operations, provide high-quality care, and assist with staff leadership.
* Shifts: Flexible early or late patterns.
* On-Call: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.
* Requirements: Level 3 qualification minimum; Level 4/5 preferred or in progress.
Deputy Registered Manager – Solo Placement Unit
Location: 1-bed home (EBD, trauma)
Salary: £40,296 - £43,735 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Support one young person in a solo placement setting. This focused role requires strong leadership and therapeutic care skills.
* Shifts: Flexible early or late patterns.
* On-Call: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend support.
* Requirements: Level 3 qualification minimum; Level 4/5 preferred or in progress.
Deputy Registered Manager – New Home
Location: 4-bed home (dual registration, EBD, trauma)
Salary: £40,296 - £43,735 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Be part of a new team supporting young people in a brand-new residential care setting. Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure a smooth launch and high-quality care.
* Shifts: Flexible early or late patterns.
* On-Call: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend support.
* Requirements: Level 3 qualification minimum; Level 4/5 preferred or in progress.
