About the role
Working within Linkage Choices, our adult day service, you’ll be responsible for the transportation of the people we support, morning and afternoon, between the Louth area and their relevant drop off points. You’ll also be responsible for the basic maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
About you
* You’re flexible and able to support the requirements of the Linkage Choices service.
* You hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
* You’re supportive and able to encourage others to make decisions about their own lives, based on their talents and abilities.
* You’re respectful and value the views, ideas, feelings, and opinions of everyone you will deal with.
* You’re honest, open, and transparent in all your dealings.
* You work well with others to achieve common goals and better outcomes.
Although previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable, it is more important that you demonstrate our values.
