To support the Merchandising Manager to deliver Screwfix front of house (FOH) and FOH Trade + commercial plans through effective and accurate reporting and administration of supporting activity.

Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain the master promotional excel spreadsheets for fixed range within Screwfix and Trade+
2. Administer and update all fixed range amendments and advise the appropriate channels within the business
3. Support the creation of FOH planograms, merchandising and principles
4. Support with the management of FOH trials
5. Action and communicate any changes to FOH layout on a weekly basis
6. Work closely with Pricing and Ranging teams to effectively communicate change governance processes and effective reporting
7. Provide support and cover for the other co-ordinators with annual leave or where business critical deadlines require
8. Day to day administrative tasks as required
9. Play an active role in team meetings
10. Regularly review process and ways of working within area of responsibility and pro-actively make suggestions for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
1. Experienced Microsoft Excel user, with strong analytical and modelling skills
2. Good communication skills
3. Strong team player who uses initiative and diplomacy when liaising with internal stakeholders
4. Hard working with good time keeping skills
5. Ability to multitask
