Our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their innovation centre at their facility based in Lacock. They will be responsible for developing relations with the UK's largest distributors in the UK.
Key Responsibilities – Commercial Manager
* Deliver to a customer centric experience against the Chilled Egg strategy, working alongside a range of major UK supermarket retailers and Foodservice with both branded and own-brand products.
* Identify UK Food Service Distributors, develop commercial plans to win and grow these accounts, meeting budgeted growth and profitability
* Building customer and internal relationships to achieve common goals.
* Delivering profitable growth for the account(s) over a sustained period
* Accountable for ensuring commercial negotiations are aligned to strategic objectives.
* Balance the customer requirements with those of the business to ensure both parties are maximising the relationship, including planning and coordinating price increases within the customer
* Provide sales forecasts and input into demand plans
* Driving visibility and accessibility of Stonegate products within assigned accounts
