Our client, a leading Civil Engineering and Building Contractor, is currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Dingwall. As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring efficient communication and coordination across teams, and supporting the successful delivery of projects. This role requires on-site presence in Dingwall, however, for the right candidate, there is the opportunity to incorporate hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain the document control system to manage project files and ensure version control. Distribute and track project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to manage document workflows. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, schedules, and project close-out documentation. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in document control or project administration is essential. Familiarity with the construction or civil engineering industry is highly beneficial. Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation. Able to handle changing priorities and project requirements.
